Volumee - skip tracks 1.35

Volumee presents an innovative way to skip tracks while listening to music, allowing users to do so simply by holding down the volume button.

The application functions seamlessly whether the screen is on or off. Unlike many other similar tools, Volumee operates effectively regardless of the application currently in use.

It is compatible with a wide range of popular music applications, enabling track skipping in the active player. Volumee runs in the background, responding to volume button presses only when necessary—specifically when any recognized player displays a notification. In other instances, the volume buttons perform their standard function.

The application utilizes the "Accessibility service," which can significantly assist visually impaired users by allowing them to skip tracks in their preferred player without needing to view the screen.

Importantly, Volumee does not collect any personal data, as outlined in its Privacy Policy. The application does not have a dedicated backend server.

IMPORTANT:
As of Android 12, Volumee necessitates that the Always On Display feature (showing time and date continuously) is enabled for operation when the screen is off. Unfortunately, Android 12 was launched with a bug affecting this feature's functionality. This issue has been communicated to Google, and there is hope for a resolution in future Android updates. Currently, this workaround is essential for continued use of Volumee, though it may not work on all devices.
